La propreté de la chambre était médiocre la douche plein de calcium ce qui fait que la douche coule tout croche aucune débarbouillette les serviette sentait mauvais la lumière qui s'ouvre et s'éteint toute seule. C'était aucunement accueillant.

Check in was easy, the location is great, the room was very nice but the bathroom in sight disrepair. Just be warned that parking in the area is difficult so it would be a good idea to plan ahead. There is a pay garage a block or two away though.

Fausse publicité de la part de l'hotel. reservation fait au travers de Expedia et aucune chambre de disponible a part dans le sous sol (condo en haut) voir photos de reservation. aucun dejeuner continental offert tel qu'indiquer lors de la reservation. Chambre sale et bouteille d'eau deja oovert dans le frigo. De plus gros insecte d'insalubrité dans la douche. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette endroit, tres decu

Terrible overall stay. When arrived the room temp was 28 degrees when asking the from staff they said they were fixing ac. Came back later that night and it was fixed. Woke up at 3am to a 28 degree room temp. This happened both nights and front staff avoided eye contact and we dancing around any answer. Shower was broken literally duct taped to the wall. Took 2 years for any warm water to reach shower. Bed sheets were dirty looked like they through on the floor before sloppily making the bed. Good location close to water

Requested for a 2nd bed, didn’t get it. No towels or ammenities, and when asked for an extra bed or mattress, they denied saying expedia never notified them about the request. Paid 1500 for 3 nights and 3 people which was overpriced and under delivered service. Very upsetting. And also to mention they said the hotel room is only for two people not three and expedia shouldn’t have allowed to book for three people. Whos at fault here?

Hygie Hotel was perfect for us, a couple attending Pouzza Fest who just needed a place nearby to sleep. As it is below ground, there was some drain back-up after a heavy rainfall but this didn't bother us (just good to know). The bedding smelled fresh but there were a few hairs. Overall the impression was a hotel that was trying to be artistic & stylish, but missing out on some details. We had considered the pod hostel beds (which are in the same space) and were hoping to have access to the hostel kitchen, but the "kitchen" we were directed to was really a locker space with only a small fridge & microwave, not even a sink for washing dishes. The staff were present when you needed them but not overly friendly or proactive (we had to ask for anything we needed, like the WiFi password and if we'd wanted a 2nd bath towel). The Old Pier area is nearby with plenty of restaurants, shops & activities. And Muru crepe cafe across the road is delicious and very cute, with cheerful service. We would stay here again under similar circumstances. But if I was spending more time in my hotel, I would choose a different place to stay.

Ne vous fiez pas aux images, chambre offerte était au sous-sol (aucune mention à ce propos lors de la réservation). Ne vaut pas dutout le prix. J'ai du dormir toute habillée tellement il faisait froid dans ma chambre (16-17 degrés au maximum) malgré le chauffage mis au maximum (qui ne fournissait clairement pas) la ventilation de l'établissement était assurément réglée sur l'air climatisée (température extérieure entre 2 et 8 degrés, pas dutout adéquat d'être sur l'air climatisée à ce moment de l'année). Très mal insonorisée, a chaque fois qu'une personne circulait dans le corridor, c'est comme si elle était a côté de moi. J'ai passé une TRÈS mauvaise nuit.

Fuyez c'est dégueulasse.

Si l’hôtel peut sembler attrayant par son emplacement et son prix, ne tombez surtout pas dans le piège des photos flatteuses mais mensongères. Je l’ai réservé pour dépanner une nuit… quelle erreur. D’abord, c’est en sous-sol : pas de vraies fenêtres, les rideaux sont inaccessibles, et rien de tout ça n’est précisé sur le site de réservation (hotel point com). Le sol est gras et collant, des moumoutes sur le mur, ainsi que de la poussière, une tache sur la couette, des miettes sur les tables basses, la chaise est franchement dégueulasse, et la ventilation n’a visiblement jamais été nettoyée. Si vous êtes asthmatique, fuyez ou prévoyez votre Ventoline. Des traces de main sur la paroie dans la salle de bain complètent le tableau… et encore, je vous épargne le reste. Ne vous fiez surtout pas aux photos. Je lis toujours les avis avant de réserver, mais là, j’ai clairement baissé la garde, et je le regrette. L’hôtel dispose aussi de dortoirs, donc salle de bain commune dans le couloir, ce qui veut dire va-et-vient bruyants toute la nuit, bruits de douches, de chasses d’eau, et cette ventilation impossible à couper. J’aurais mieux fait de dormir sur une chaise à l’aéroport. Hygie, c’est pas un boutique-hôtel, c’est comme appeler une sandwicherie de gare un restaurant gastronomique. Comment peut on proposer un hébergement, quelle que soit la gamme, et négliger la propreté à ce point.
