Great location. Clean and simple setup, great value (basement so no windows). BUT no cups, 1 small bar of soap (did not last 2 showers) etc.. so be prepared. Amazing location in Old Mtl, great value.

Amazing location in Old Montreal for a single traveler, just slightly outside of the tourist hot spot. It was great for walking everywhere in Old Montreal, downtown Montreal, and also in close proximity to the metro. The room was fine and quiet. The staff was very responsive via message, and helpful. Recommended.

Would not recommend - even for the fair price point. Wish I had spent another $100 to avoid this place altogether.

It was in a very good location for Old Town walking. But...zero amenities except for 1 towel each. Temperature in room in October was HOT, and could not be adjusted.

Decent price but self check in was a bit confusing and wasn’t super clearly marked when booking. Additionally not as clean as I would like the room to be and toilet paper supplied was basicly napkins….expected better for a hotel with boutique in the name…

Excellent price and location. Single floor, but they are basement rooms, and you have to take stairs.

A lot of dust behind the Tv, the fan was full of dust and on the ceiling as well and the restroom wasn’t clean enough. Also, the AC broke down and the owner/staff didn’t inform me before my stay. The good thing was that I was refunded for every day except for the first day.

Entire hotel is in a basement, rooms are like a sauna with no A/C. Very few amenities, no staff on site, room was not cleaned for duration on stay. Bed was comfortable but pillows were unusable. Shower leaked, leaving puddles on the floor. Price is good for the location, but if you are expecting a full-service hotel, avoid this one.

The room was clean and comfortable. The entry code was sent to my phone an hour prior to check-in and worked seamlessly. The coffee maker lacked coffee r cups, however. And the room keypad warned us of a low battery which concerned us. It did always work though. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. I would book here again.

Dreckig! Stickig! Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, Lüftung nicht Möglich. Ich wurde in ein falsches, kleineres Zimmer gesteckt und die haben nicht reagiert auf meine Nachrichten oder Anrufe. Ganz schlimm in jeglicher Hinsicht!!

The most horrific experience. Room smelled like wet socks. Not sure where the exact source was, but bedsheets also smelled like it was peed on. Pillows were yellow and smelled like sweaty hair. Coffee machine was there, but no cups, no coffee. No shampoo, no body wash. Reached out to the hotel and asked if we could get another room, message was read and ignored.
