"The staff was… interesting. Not sure if the woman working the front desk was under the influence of something or just extremely tired, but her demeanor was off & made me uncomfortable. They were very attentive, however their appearance and communication was different than you’d expect. "

"The first room we were in the toilet wasn’t working properly so we had to get another room the next day because there was no maintenance personnel working at that time. The next day our tub drain stopper was broke. The tv channel would only change channels going forward and not reverse. Also vent in restroom was loud, vent motor can be be heard through out the day and night. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"That was one of my best experiences at a hotel. Room was amazing, clean, cozy, the bed and those pillows and blankets are the most comfortable by far that i have slept on/with. Im still dreaming of those pillows. The only complaint - maybe have a bigger selection of snacks available to purchase. And drinks. Especially the water. Deer park water is probably the worst one out there. "

"The room was dirty. There were stains on the couch that were disgusting. There was what looked like vomit down the bathroom door. "

"The heat/ac unit in our room blew at top speed, no in between. Bathroom only has a door for the toilet so if you are sharing a room the sink is outside the bathroom. The gym was amazing, had everything. Pool area was nice. The buffet breakfast is the same grade as the free ones yet they charge $25 for adults and children over 10."

"Great staff. Good location. They are renovating and we stayed in a new room - nice, clean, and comfortable. Parking included, close to highways and some shops. Would stay here again. "
