「My stay was fantastic my only gripe is they changed my room from two queen beds to a king because of air conditioning issues in the original room and my son had to sleep on the pullout couch which isn’t as comfortable and I was trying to get all the comfort possible out of my stay. But they did give a little discount which was better than nothing.」

「Stayed for 5 nights. The air filter was absolutely polluted with dust, it looked like it hasn’t been changed in a year. Our son got an allergic reaction to the dust and had to take him to the ER during our stay. One of the beds did not have a comforter which we reported upon arrival. We were told for 3 straight days that it would be delivered and was not. It was finally delivered as we were checking out. I am a work traveler and have seen it all but the service and cleanliness were way below...
