"Quick and easy check in! Rooms nice and clean. Cold AC (which will make or break me on coming back). Didnt eat the breakfast but i did love the coffee machine that they have (lattes, cappuccinos, regular, decaf). "
"Just a bad stay all around man. We arrived after a maybe 5-6 hour road trip driving due to traffic. We arrived very tired, I had booked a room with 2 queens. They had no rooms available with 2 queens. Hilton nor Expedia reached out to tell me before I made this booking. I had remembered at booking there was a junior suite that atleast had a coach for me to sleep on and a bed for my 2 daughters. Upon asking about this room I was told basically. “ nope it’s different price”. Never even asked did I wanna pay that extra price or at the least, offer the room to make up for not having 2 queens. I have younger daughters that I’m raising right and any man sleeping in a bed with them is unacceptable, even me the father. So needless to say I slept in the floor. Of course being upset about this, we had picked up pizza before arriving and I asked in the big kitchen area they have did they possibly have paper plates we could eat on, again I was told “nope” lol. But of course when I realized the breakfast itself was like $16( yes $16) I guess I understood, of course no free paper plates. Get to the room, and all night there is teenage boys part of a baseball team I believe running and playing in hallway outside our floor. The walls were so thin and cheap I could also basically beat the conversations of the people of both rooms beside us. And lastly to be a Hilton Garden Inn, the room most definitely felt like a cheap comfort inn or a run down holiday inn. Luckily I never have to go back!"
"Our room's refrigerator and freezer were not cold or freezing. Our room telephone conversation could only be heard by us, not by the person we were calling. We would ask the front desk personnel about local things to do, eat and vist, with replies of "Im not from here, I don't know. No ICE bucket in room to put ICE in from the machine.
