"Beautiful property with outstanding staff and services, but the standard rooms are starting to show their age. The beds, sheets, pillows, we're great. The room itself has seen better days. There was some mold around the tub, the tub was stained, outlets were few, and the lighting was harsh. Highlights are the amazing hot springs, the gardens and the pool bar. The restaurant could be better for the price."

"An absolutely beautiful stay in Monteverde. CR! The hotel was gorgeous, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully designed. The aesthetics and attention to detail throughout the property really stood out, creating a relaxing and upscale atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent with a great experience with limited options. I also really appreciate the complimentary coffee, especially while enjoying the beautiful views surrounding the property. It was the perfect way to start the day and take in the incredible scenery of Monteverde. Overall, a wonderful hotel with beautiful surroundings, great amenities, and a memorable atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Monteverde."

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem einzigartigen Resort. Wegen der Nebensaison bekamen wir ein kostenloses Upgrade. Das Zimmer war geräumig, großzügig eingerichtet mit sehr bequemen Betten. Rund um die Gebäude gibt es verschiedene Wanderpfade. Das Resort produziert viele der im Restaurant verwendeten Zutaten selbst, alles ökologisch angebaut. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Bar bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Golf von Nicoya."
