「Overall, the hotel is really good. They are in the middle of a renovation period, so the spa and gift shop are not available. It will be great when it's all ready. The facility is good right now, the staff is excellent, breakfast is amazing, and the rooms are well-kept.」

We experienced a few issues both before and during our stay, but they handled everything quickly and resolved them in the best possible way, which made us forget about them. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it.」

「Not a good trip, beach was closed near the hotel. I was told that the restaurant was hosting the World Cup and no reservations were needed for the Colombia game, which was false and no seats were available. Staff wasn’t very helpful with my situation. Food & drinks took forever to receive whether you’re at the restaurant, bar or pool side. Service is extremely slow.」

「The hotel is nothing like what’s described on Expedia. The buildings look old, and the rooms feel dusty and outdated. There are no real amenities in the room—just two glass bottles of water, and it’s unclear whether they’re being refilled or replaced. The “all‑inclusive” offering is also misleading. The buffet is open for breakfast and lunch with the same menu every day. Dinner service is inconsistent; although the buffet was open on my arrival day (Sunday), it was closed the following evening....

The skyline views of downtown are a bit of a looker, too. Food was gorgeous, and the staff were absolute legends—sorted us out with zero fuss. Honestly, 10/10, would willingly risk the sunburn to stay here again.」
