「Room was very clean, w daily housekeeping. Loved that the breakfast room was on same floor just a few steps from our room. The breakfast was very good with healthy choices. We ate on a small porch off of the breakfast room; so pleasant! Location was only a short 3-4 minute walk. Made use of the convenient drop off laundry directly across the street, w very reasonable prices.」

「I want to thank all the wonderful staff for being so inviting and friendly, from the reception associates, to the kitchen aids and servers and the driver Francesco. My husband and I had the best time. Yes, the lodge is far from downtown, but this is what makes the stay 1000 times better. You are away from the crowds and the view is amazing. They also have a restaurant up there, so no need to worry about going into town to eat. Finally, they are literally in between hiking places, so you can...

「A great room with wonderful view and a very comfortable bed. All rooms are small in the village, but the village is one of the 2 best places in cinque terra. Lots of exercise because of the stairs. No breakfast, but the village has plenty of restaurants」

No one answered the bell that was in the directions and I didn’t realize that there was another set of instructions for later arrivals. A local helped us call the manager who gave us instructions for the keypad which was in a different building. We had a misunderstanding about the price because I believed that I had booked it in Canadian dollars but it was in Euros, and...

「The staff were very helpful and super nice! I was a solo traveler and I felt very safe at the place and in vernazza in general. They also have really great pesto pasta!」

「Charming room - not a large room but really all that was needed. Would recommend!」

「This is a scam, they did not provided any information prior to checkin and address 9/20 via Agenstino does not exists. Locals couldn't find either. Expedia team tries to reach out but they weren't able to contact the owner and we were left on the streets in 3rd County. NOW We need to fight for refund with Expedia. PLEASE STAY AWAY」

「Welcoming and helpful host. Picturesque and peaceful location near the station and an easy walk to the centre. Nice breakfast and coffee. Amazing swimming in the pool surrounded by nature.」
