「A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft.
Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub.
Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to...

「We booked a room in Annex C and the views were incredible. Huge rooms with lots of amenities and super comfortable beds. The staff went above and beyond to take care of our needs, there were golf carts taking us to and from the reception and all the staff helped us carry our luggage. The reception manager and hotel managers also personally took care of some of our issues, so 10/10 on being so kind and accommodating. 「I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and the view was beautiful. It was especially enjoyable to watch the view while having breakfast on the terrace.
