「such a beautiful new hotel! I enjoy the stay so so much! a warm welcome by the front staff during the checkin. lovely room and around 10mins walk from terminal. not too near and not too far. outside is bus station / train station, but I do enjoy the Florence walk instead of taking any transportation. Value for money, surely will stay again when I come visit Florence next time. 」

「在欧洲来说，住宿环境算好的了。简洁时尚，住起来舒服。早餐很美味。地段离火车站有的距离，大约要走15分钟。但只有找对方向，一条路一直往前走就可以到酒店。而且佛罗伦萨其实很小，想要去哪里，走路就可到。所以住在这里，出行还是方便的」

「此行在義大利四個城市住過最好的飯店、價格也十分合理！首先位置很好，離火車站與聖母百花教堂都很近，再者飯店本身規劃的很好很精緻，除了大廳有華麗的佈置與鐘錶蒐集展示外，每個房間都有各自的名字跟典故。房間裝潢很典雅、空間充足、浴室也很大，甚至還可以設定房間裡的背景輕音樂。早餐在飯店頂樓可以看到聖母大殿的餐廳，選擇豐富而美味，咖啡也準備的很好！（比一般飯店的好喝）非常推薦來佛羅倫斯的旅客選擇這間飯店！」

「Night Manager Giovanni was warm, welcoming and informative. The other staff were also friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Room was very clean, good size. If one must pick a bone, the toilet seat was not the most comfy but it works.」

「The location is very good. All luxury shops are located near the hotel. But the windows are not well soundproofed. Music from the restaurant near the hotel was so loud. You have to wait until 00:30 before the music stop then you can sleep. The hotel female staff's attitude towards guests is rather cold Besides from these, this hotel is the best choice when you travel in Firenze.」
