「Overall this was a good budget friendly option. For the price it was cery clean and the staff wre very friendly. I would clarify that the breakfast was only on the first day and only a bag of cookies and a smashed muffin. And while it is close to some areas of interest, i would make sure to get a few bus tickets if you want to venture further than the Norman palace or Palermo Cathedral. 」

「Das Alma Hotel war fantastisch! Die MitarbeiterInnen sind ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben selten so nettes und engagiertes Personal gesehen! Am letzten Tag haben wir sogar ein kleines Frühstück zum Mitnehmen bekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und es gibt täglich kostenlose Wasserflaschen. Die Lage ist optimal, die Altstadt und diverse Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke. Das Alma Hotel können wir voll und ganz empfehlen – jedes Detail zeugt von echter Liebe...

「Incanto was in the heart of centro storico. Very convenient and central to all the sights of Palermo. A little noisy at night but other than that cannot fault. Would gladly stay again.」
