This place is a DREAM! Your blood pressure drops the moment you step on the grounds. The staff is incredible-best service I've ever had! The beach is lovely, the decor outstanding, the food delicious and beautifully served. I hope to go back there again next year!

The rooms are clean. Staff is excellent and responsive. Storage space is sparse and draws are small. Colonial style rooms are quaint but dated. Landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. Beach view is exceptional. Pricing for stay and dining is pricey. Overall the property is wonderful and inviting.

Beautiful property … all rooms facing the water… nice balconies. Nicely equipped. Resort areas are very nice , elegant and homey. Atmosphere very worm inviting. Quiet and without kids:)) Secluded, private beach 🏖️ Employees are very friendly and welcoming. Professional. Restaurants with great food options and nice music at dinner time . The Jamaica Inn is a one of a kind property. They don't make them like this anymore! It is not a chain. It is not a plastic duplicate of way too many other resorts out there that are constantly in our faces. It is a magical place with beautiful, lush grounds, friendly, accommodating staff, and the charm of yesteryear. The lovely verandas, professional staff, and beautiful beach & grounds will definitely keep me coming back. The cocktail hour and buffet on the beach were truly memorable.

Internet picture misleading. On the picture a reef is protection the beach. In reality you cannot swim at this beautiful beach because of the big waves. So not a good vacation.

Everything was great. The staff were amazing, and they make you feel very welcome. The beach is beautiful and private. They have so many things you can do on the property and will help organize any adventure outside the property as well. The owner was there and made sure to introduce himself to us when we arrived. I understand why many guests we met there have been coming for so long. We will definitely return.

Jamaica Inn is an excellent beachfront property. It is in Ocho Rios about 2 hours’ drive from the Montego Bay airport. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. It had a wonderful balcony facing the Ocean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The beach was sandy and pristine. We had a wonderful time on the beach. We had a problem with hot water in the shower of our room. We waited and waited with the shower running but no hot water. Sometimes the hot water would start and in the middle of the shower it would turn cold. After complaining for 3 days in a row the problem was fixed. We had Booked the room through Expedia with breakfast included; however, the breakfast menu did not specify what part of the menu is included in our breakfast plan and what part is not included. So often we ended up paying upwards of $ 40/- for breakfast. The restaurants for breakfast, lunch and Dinners were out in the open air with a decent menu. The food was very good, ambience was excellent and the live musicians were fabulous. During our stay, we found out that various celebrities such as Marilyn Monroe, Sir Winston Churchill, Ian Flemming etc. have stayed at Jamaica Inn. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we would most certainly return.
