Find Hotel with a Concierge in Montebello, CA

Clean

Excellent

It was easy to check in, friendly front desk, pretty aesthetic and affordable.

The property staff was so nice! The room was fine. It had a refrigerator and microwave which we liked. The best part is the location-walking distance to Disneyland and the shopping center. Bonus was the free parking! We would definitely stay here again! The one negative is they don’t have free breakfast but it wasn’t a big deal for us

Very nice property. Lots of kids, so if you’re looking for a quiet couples stay this might not be the spot.

10/10 staff !

Great place to stay. There's a nice garage to park your car for under $10 just around the corner on Orange. Valet is $44.

Hotel was nice and quiet.

My family and I stayed here from Dec 28 - Jan 3rd and it was a wonderful experience. We had booked another hotel originally that was absolutely disgusting and roach infested. We searched online for a good hotel and found this Holiday Inn. It was the best decision I made and regret not booking this hotel first. I will never stay anywhere else but here. The staff was extremely helpful upon our arrival at midnight on December 28th with two very tired children, I wish I could remember the...

Fast, great view.

The staff was extremely helpful

What truly makes this Sonder Craftsman special is all about the onsite staff! I have stayed here for close to a month. At the front desk always with a smile you will meet Tiana, Sophie, Em and every person working this position. They are all full of positive energy, kindness, humanity and extreme professionalism. The same goes for the 24/7 Security Gaurds, Omar, Demil and others will make you feel safe and welcome home as you come and go. They are authentic proving how far kindness and...

The room was spacious and everything appeared clean, including the carpet which was dark in color. However, we later discovered that the bottom of the white slippers we wore, which were provided by the hotel, were black. This was a clear indication that the carpet is in need of a good shampoo. I believe that vacuuming is being done on a regular basis, but a deep thorough cleansing of the carpets is definitely needed.

We really enjoyed our stay! Safe neighborhood only a 10min Uber to universal studios. Very safe neighborhood. Clean property and accommodating. The only thing I notice was the wallpaper is starting to peel, but it’s also obvious they are actively working on updating the property. Breakfast is pastries only, but if you want more there are dozens of options within 2 blocks. Very much would stay there again.

Close to Disney but quiet
