"I always enjoy my stay there. But the problem is I haven’t received my refund and I can’t find a phone number to call because they were supposed to refund one night for me that I paid for in advance."

"The room was perfect..The beds were soo nice.. The lady at check-in was very nice and pleasant to talk to..Just an all round amazing Hotel.."

"There were a few things wrong when we first came, privacy blind was off track, no bath mat in the shower for safety, light bulb was blown next to bed, alarm clock didn’t work and shower head was barely pushing water out. After reporting these problems, all were fixed by the next morning. We couldn’t have been happier. The breakfast was good, always scrambled eggs and sausage. The cappacino was a very nice surprise along with coffee and several flavored creamers, and waffles… occasionally there was fruit. Staff was very nice. We were there 5 days and the bed was very comfortable. Near the elevator was an urn of lemon water.. so good. "

"The room as well as all the amenities in the hotel were all very clean. The staff was pleasant and friendly, and a complementary breakfast buffet was stocked and fresh. Would recommend staying here 10 out of 10.. "

"The staff was great! Everyone was super kind and helpful after driving 15+ hrs to get there to visit family we arrived at 10:30 am and i was exhausted the amazing ladies at the front desk allowed us to check in early and get some rest! I was beyond grateful! The room was very spacious and had everything we needed! The beds however were terrible you just sink into a huge dip and the shower heads were also not the best! Other than these 2 things it was great! "
