「The room was clean and comfortable. However, the feather pillows were less than desirable, so if you like a firm pillow, make sure you bring yours from home. They didn't tend to the room after the first night (make bed, empty trash cans), but I think that may be the norm these days.」

「The door was locked when I arrived. Nobody behind the desk. nobody answered the doorbell. Two phone numbers posted. One went directly to voicemail. The other didn't even have voicemail set up. I eventually got a call from... somebody... saying they would let me in. Other than a less than helpful checkin with zero questions answered, I never saw anybody at the front desk the entire 3 days I stayed there. The restaurant was closed the entire time, also. The room was fine. Nothing special....
