「Just stunning」

「Great location and vibe」

「The iron was broken, called the front desk and they got me a replacement right away. However, after returning to my room from an event (around 8:30pm) the rug was soaking wet. I called the front desk, was told I would get moved into a new room within 15 min. That did not happen as when I called back they did not have an open room that was the type I had booked. Finally around 10pm I was put in a proper room. The front desk receptionist did her best to help but as she could not get in contact...

「Very clean」

「Very cool and great 」

「We stayed for five days for a wedding and traveling around Richmond, DC. The hotel was nice and the staff was always helpful. The elevator was the only thing I didn’t like. I always felt like we were going to get stuck, it made a loud noise and kind of freaked me out. Other than that, the hotel was great. Literally the most comfortable beds, bedding and pillows ever!」

「The best」

「This was a really great place to stay for a quick trip to Richmond. Check in was a breeze, the staff was very friendly, and there was plenty of parking on site (although you did have to pay a small daily parking fee which was unexpected). The buffet breakfast was well done, and coffee was always available in the lobby. Rooms were clean and quiet. Located in Henrico suburbs, between Short Pump and Richmond City, but very easy access to I64/I95. Would definitely recommend if you have a car.」
