「Check in was quick & easy. The room was large & exceptionally clean. Everything had its place. I spoke to the front desk regarding I was on 2 stand-by flights out of CLT the next day & perhaps would need a 2nd night's stay. I was offered the same room as to just call throughout the day and keep them informed. The free stuttle could not be more convenient. 」
