「Loved the decor and cleanliness of the hotel, this was superb. Reception area and main restaurant is spacious, pretty to look at and smells lovely. 「The Kingswood Hotel is a right on the seafront in Sidmouth. The hotel is welcoming with a light and airy dining room and bar and lounge area with board games, overlooking the beach. 「The accessibility, location, house, restaurant and vegetable/fruit garden were excellent, and the internal and external staff were outstandingly pleasant, cheerful, polite and attentive. Our room, upgraded for us without our so asking, was roomy and well-appointed, but rather dark and sombre, so it made the many inside steps rather difficult to see, slightly dangerous for anyone without perfect vision. 「Cosy and comfortable. Decent bedding and excellent duvet. Really nice breakast. The bathroom safety rails should be replaced as very rusty but plenty of hot water. Overall very clean, only let down by the rusty rails in the bathroom. Wouldnt put me off staying again, it was so peaceful and comfortable.」

「Fantastic stay. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast the next morning. Our room was an entire detached building with it's won outside entrance, and two bedrooms. Very comfortable with great amentities (tea/coffy & snacks in our room, great wifi, excellent food and staff). Thank you for making our stay so great!」
