「Room was much bigger than expected (possibly an upgrade) and seemed to have been recently renovated. Spotlessly clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was included although my invoice stated room only. Apparently all rooms here include breakfast which was very good. Highlight really was the friendliness of staff which is probably because it’s an independent property and they genuinely want to make guests feel welcome. 」

「Fantastic! It was a little tricky to find by sat nav but the directions sent were spot on so follow them. Once we arrived it was dead easy - the lockbox is just outside, and spare keys inside There's plenty of room for your car, we have a zafira, and the outside space is very comfortable for relaxing or playing games. The hosts were lovely, right there if you need them but not if you don't. The house itself was beautiful and spotless. Plenty of chairs, seats, pots pans, crockery, cutlery, space...

「Unfortunately the room requested was not available as we had our small dog with us so were allocated a dog friendly room which was fine but it only had a 4’6 bed which really is not expected these days. Following the downgrading of the room by the hotel and being advised that the room requested would be cheaper. The new price unfortunately was not honoured despite numerous requests for a refund so overall not the best experience.」

「No air conditioning but there was a dyson fan and a heater. Room had a coffee machine, mini fridge, hairdryer and a handheld steamer. We stayed in a room overlooking the harbour and it was very quiet. You couldn't hear any noise from the pub next door. Room was modern and very clean. The bed was huge (king) and very comfortable. There were places nearby to get breakfast and is very close to a Sainsbury and M&S food (Apr26).」
