「The room was big and spacious, the bed was firm and i slept really well. I was trying to see what mattress was used so i could buy one. I was attending a wedding in the local area was was ideal. 「I’ve stayed here many times. Rooms are clean, tidy and well looked after. The TV is very small though, so if you want to watch something, it could be a bit of a challenge. The hotel is in a safe countryside area. I like that there’s nothing else around, but others might prefer more nearby. Hot fresh breakfast is good, but the coffee isn’t great. I’d like to see more fruit and yoghurt options as I don’t eat a full breakfast. I’ll happily stay again. 」

「The restaurant was lovely and the staff very friendly. The food was good value for money. We went to Wentworth Woodhouse Flower Show and it is a very easy walk. 「The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. 「Very beautiful grounds around the hotel. Our room was very comfortable 」

「Dog friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Free on site parking is very convenient. Easy walking distance to Fox Valley and all its amenities. On occasions, at weekends, rooms at the front of the hotel, you can hear people leaving the pub at the end of the night. Although the noise doesn’t go on for long. It has never put us off staying. 」
