I book the transportation service for two person with confirmation from the hotel.But when I landed in Sofia I waited in the airport for half an hour.Nobody waiting in the airport as promised by hotel.We I go outside of the airport,I saw the car of the hotel.The driver told me the reservation has been canceled.He had to pick up a group..So I could only a terrible old taxi to hotel.And the hotel charge me 24 euro in total!!When I checking,I asked the reason why the hotel did not inform me in...

「Zentral gelegen. Leider nur ganz wenige Hotelparkplätze verfügbar. Am 1. Tag der Reise musste ich auf einem Privaten bezahlten Parkplatz 300m entfernt vom Hotel parken, da nichts frei war beim Hotel obwohl ich um einen Parkplatz per Email angefragt hatte. Am 2. Tag hat es dann geklappt. Sonst alles sehr gut.」
