「Excellent clean modern accomodation. I had a suite with a kitchenette which was well equipped and ideal for breakfasts /snacks. Comfy bed and also plenty of storage room. 「Nothing bad to say. It is a perfect stay and has the perfect staff and perfect anemities. Very clean and close to center. The only negative point was they rang on me at 11am sharp to checkout. They ddnt wait 1 minute :) althu the checkin is at 3pm. They werent flexible on this point. However I still rate them 10/10.」

「The room is a great size with a ensuite and kitchenette. There is a small dining table for two and a balcony. I found the room suitable and good value fof money. It had a reverse cycle air conditioner which came in handy overnight when it got colder. The bed was firm yet comfortable. The kitchen had a mid-sized bar fridge. 」

「The hotel is just a short walk from the port and it’s about 7 min away from Lion Square. The sound proof is amazing considering it’s on a main street and very close to the airport. Dimitri made some very good recommendations on restaurants - all of our meals have been amazing in Heraklion. The only recommendation I made is to replenish bottled water every day, rather than just giving 2 small bottles for the whole say. But all in all, good value for money and great hospitality! 」

「A lovely oasis outside the main tourist areas yet still close enough to walk to everything. I’d read the reviews about the “rough” neighbourhood, but while it is not picturesque, it always felt safe. The hotel has loveky bright rooms, and is scrupulously clean. We loved having a private ground floor patio with its own lemon tree! There were some wifi issues during our stay, but not specific to the hotel. Biggest plus: the small complement of staff provided excellent recommendations, lots of help...

「Clean room, no parking but we were aware of that as free parking is offered at the mall next door. Clean room and a few restaurants near by, nice but small roof top pool and lounge. Good for shorter stays and close to the port.」
