"I had a wonderful experience at 19 Duke Street. I was greeted with warm welcome from the friendly staff, who made me feel at home right away. Also, staff was very helpful. The room was lovely, beautifully styled, clean and comfortable. I could not have asked for the better stay and will definatelly be back!!"

"This hotel is in a great location, next to the canal, as well as very close to the city centre. The car park had plenty of space. We had dinner one night which was good, but the breakfast was poor, especially the supermarket toast which was not fresh."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this lovely little hotel in the heart of Liverpool. The location is fantastic and so central, with everything within easy reach. Although it’s on a lively party street, The rooms are very well soundproofed, so we had no problem sleeping at all What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and they are all a real credit to the Hotel. A special mention has to go to Sharon and Marie, who were absolutely exceptional. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and Sharon even went to the chemist to collect a prescription for one of us. That’s what you call service! We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool. A fantastic stay from start to finish. Thank you Resident Hotel!"

"The room was clean and tidy. The shower was great. Water in the fridge and tea and coffee was a nice extra. There were shower gel and shampoo/conditioner along with hand wash and body lotion. The hotel staff were friendly on check in and the bar staff were friendly. The breakfast was good quality and there was a wide variety in judging fresh fruit. Right next to the station so it was very handy for my travelling."

"This is a wonderful place to stay for the money. You aren’t paying Ritz Carlton or Hilton prices. So don’t expect what they offer. It is a great location, extremely kind and helpful staff and price was great. I rate it 5 stars."
