「Our stay at TOU was truly relaxing, the hotel condition was excellent, everywhere was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful, they shared great recommendations of ‘must see attractions’ delivering unique and memorable experience of Kusatsu Onsen. We had the half board, stayed 2 nights there, the dining experience was amazing, great food, well-decorated dishes and polite staff. Our highly recommended stay at Kusatsu.」

「The property is located within a peaceful golf course setting, offering a quiet and scenic environment. Driving from Karuizawa JR Station takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Please note that the road leading to the hotel can be quite dark at night, so extra caution is recommended when driving.
We stayed in Room 113, which includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The space is generous, with a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely private garden that adds to the relaxing atmosphere.
