"Poor motel "

"They have bugs in the beds. I got bitten by the bugs and I am real seek. I when to see a Dr. and I have spend money, time and not be availed to work. Head heard, itching in all my body. I am taking medicine and some creams, but it is not fair "

"All walls in the room have stains , the pillows smelled like cologne, the carpet on the corridor (this floor) was very dirty and with debris from Sheetrock . There a constant loud buzzing sound which I thought it was the AC unit but once I turn d off the sound was still there. I know it’s a motel 6 not the Marriot but I travel often and stayed many times in other Motel 6 is this was definitely one I am not coming back. "

"This place is severely understaffed. It advertises as having a free airport shuttle but the fact is you can’t pre book this, and need to sit in a telephone line for like 15 minutes until you even get transferred to the front desk. Eventually we took an uber instead. When we arrived there were 7 people in line trying to check in or book a room with one person behind the front desk to help, answer the phone, and potentially close the reception to go and pick up people at the airport. The room was ok once we got it though bedding could have been nicer, the blanket was threadbare. "

"Worse hotel ever, they didn’t even have towels in the room, when I asked at the front desk, lady said-I have only one towel, there were two guests in the room, room wasn’t clean, hairs in the shower . Never stay again in this place "

"Pros: Comfortable bed, good breakfast, and good location for an overnight stay between Van Horn and El Paso. Cons: for a short while there was low water pressure. The entrance to the hotel lobby requires going up about four steps which could be a safety issue, especially for older people."
