「No. And staff was rude and ignored me and other customers. Room was dirty and dusty and smelled like poop. Restroom was way worse and dirty.」

「The room the hotel gave us was very noisy. When the upstairs people used water in my room, there was a very loud sound of running water coming from the pipes. My child was woken up several times a night. I reported the situation to the front desk and played the recording to them, but I didn't get any help and the front desk was very indifferent.」

「Do not go to this place. The lady didn’t honor the Expedia rate and charged me a higher rate. Expedia says there is free breakfast but she doesn’t offer breakfast. In the middle of the night there was a drunken homeless guy banging on my door and yelling obscenities. Avoid this place.」

「We checked in around five and were asked to have a last-minute $100 cash deposit, despite already paying for the room which is kind of understandable with all the traffic going in and out of the motel. We were then greeted by a stuffy room, stained sheets, and blankets, a bathroom ceiling covered with black mold, and a fridge that was not cleaned out and contained old drinks from previous people.」

「Honestly, the hotel needs an update.A appearance on the inside looks old. Stained carpets from years of use, Faucet in the bathroom was difficult to use, couldn't get the temp or water flow to come out easily, bathtub looked dingy. I'm not expecting a perfectly clean and maintained place, but for the price, it wasn't worth it to me.」

「Most horrible experience! This property shouldn't even be listed by Expedia. It is completely under construction! Not as described in listing or pictures. The property looks like its abandoned and there's been an apocalypse. Just a handful of rooms could be occupied. All other rooms were trashed with the doors open and mattresses thrown in the courtyard area. After checking in the first concern was that there was no water. The unit was suppose to have a kitchenette. That was not the case. The...

「The room is much smaller than advertised but the staff is honestly AMAZING!!! If I ever go to El Paso again I will stay here!!! I know I said the rooms weren’t very clean but the staff ( Mom and ARMY daughter- IFYKYK💜) such sweet ladies I would never do it again!! The location is well centered and easy to even get on PT!! 」
