"My only real gripe with this hotel was the “complimentary” breakfast. It was complimentary in that it was included as part of the mandatory “amenities fee”. The coffee machines didn’t work very well (neither of them seemed to have milk despite offering lattes etc. there was no yogurt despite it being explicitly mentioned. The cereal selection consisted on Cinnamon Toast Crunch. The “fruit juices” offered ended up being a single juice (OJ), and the fresh pastries were a meager selection of plain croissants, banana bread and a single type of bread for the toaster. None of this is a dealbreaker, but really let down the rest of the experience. A tiny amount of additional thought and effort would make all the difference. "

"Room was nice, big, as was the bathroom. The AC didn't work until the next day when we figured out the reset button on plug. Staff could have been more helpful."

"Wonderful breakfast. Always something hot served. Nice neat rooms. Very quiet rooms, even near the breakfast area!"

"Looks like brand new property but it was spotless and VERY quiet at night. We had 2 small dogs but were worried they might bark at noises they weren't used to but we could hardly hear anything including people coming and going from their rooms or the elevator (which our room was fairly close to). Everything was great and staff were very helpful and courteous."

"Parking was safe and easy. We had dinner at the restaurant next door and it was amazing. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to have an early check in which was wonderful."
