「The friendly staff made the check in process quick and easy. The units are a bit dated, but they were clean and comfortable. The units on either side were occupied, but we never heard any noise. 「The owners and our wonderful breakfast maker are very helpful, welcoming and friendly. It's a very nice place to stay while enjoying the many hikes in the area (Rainbow Falls, etc.). Comfort was great except that our room and bathroom were a bit crowded for my husband who is larger. The walls are thin if you have neighbors. The facilities are relaxing and nice. We enjoyed a nice (expensive) Italian meal at a fine restaurant next door. 」

「Wonderful stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. The house was very clean, communication was excellent, well equipped with small appliances. It even had an iron, which was appreciated for my husband's dress shirt. 」

「It was a cute cottage but no one there to greet you or tell you where ice was or microwave that took me a day to find in a lower cabinet. Water I wasn’t sure was left for us?! The brunch at the restaurant was delicious but expensive! Dinner was not offered during our stay as restaurant was closed until Thursday:(. Overall it was ok.」

「Really enjoyed the decor inside my room (The Terrace) and outside on the grounds. Parking in the front is nice while the back gravel lot less friendly; paved would be next upgrade! Staff, other guests and the general atmosphere of the place were welcoming and friendly. Definitely would recommend and book again! Wish the fridge had a freezer and ice maker. Would like to add video; only have the one relevant photo. 」

「Just needed a room for one night while visiting friends who live in the area. This motel was in perfect location for my needs. It’s a rather basic place, nothing fancy. Seems like an older establishment. While there were many cars in the parking lot, it was pleasant and quiet during the night. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. I was happy that there was no wall-to-wall carpet in the room. The only slight minus was that the hair dryer didn’t work. 」

「Charming old-style inn with a nice hot breakfast. Friendly staff that went out of their way to help move our booking to another room when the cabin A/C went out a day before we arrived. We only stayed for a night, but we would definitely stay here again next time we are in Franklin!」
