「Clean room, lovely staff. Generally an older clientele.」

「All of the hotel is clean. Staff are very welcoming. The hotel is very family friendly. We've been here several times and have enjoyed each experience.」

「The food and drinks were really terrible and this impacted the whole stay. The “partial ocean view” was a majority car park view. The whole property smelt really unpleasant as they blast a strong artificial fragrance everywhere. The hours for all of the restaurants were really inconvenient if you have young kids (the only restaurant that opens before 7 is the buffet). The kids entertainment was also really inconvenient for younger kids (it began at 8:30pm). The surrounding area is super touristy...

「Clean modern spacious room with air con location close to shops & bars nice big pool plenty of sunbeds & umbrellas. Would definitely return and highly recommend.」

「Been so many times. The hotel has now changed what you get for All Inclusive so that was disappointing as we hadn’t been informed. Couple of issues this time .」

「This is out of my expectations as a 4 star hotel. Travel with a 3 year old boy this is definitely a good choice staying here. There are some splash park and toddle pools for liitle one, its a joy for him everyday after breakfast. Location is good also the food is good, everday has different options and some tasted wonderful! 5 star for me at this price 🙃」
