Clean room, friendly/supportive staff and proximity. Minuses: pool closed on site (I learned about it at check in, however I may have missed something), no microwave in the room nor on each floor for accessibility (at least 1 on each floor would help) and I had to request housekeeping. Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bloomington at Mall of America, MN
While the room was clean the beds were terrible. Solid as concrete and the frames squeezed of metal and ended up moving. Bathrooms were in need of some updating.
