Hot tub was down for maintenance our entire stay. Pool was very crowded with children not being supervised. Kids using electric scooters in hallways and knocking randomly on doors.

Hyatt Regency Bloomington - Minneapolis
Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Not the best water pressure in the shower. Also thought it was ridiculous that we had to pay extra for parking. If im paying to stay at your hotel youd think they would provide parking for the paying guests!
