Clean room, friendly/supportive staff and proximity. Minuses: pool closed on site (I learned about it at check in, however I may have missed something), no microwave in the room nor on each floor for accessibility (at least 1 on each floor would help) and I had to request housekeeping. Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bloomington at Mall of America, MN
While the room was clean the beds were terrible. Solid as concrete and the frames squeezed of metal and ended up moving. Bathrooms were in need of some updating.

The Royal Sonesta Minneapolis Downtown
We were so impressed with our suite. It was very spacious and immaculately clean. The Nespresso maker in the room was a welcomed touch as well. The staff was so kind and welcoming in all interactions. We will absolutely be back.
