「Great Place.」

「The Sant'Andrea was perfect for our stay in Santa Margherita. Our room (Miriam) was beautiful, clean and very well appointed. The staff was great and had many suggestions that helped us make the best use of our time in the area. The breakfast items we tried were all excellent and the menu had many options that we didn't try but certainly sounded tasty. In planning our trip to Italy we wanted to visit the Italian Riviera area and decided that Santa Margherita would be a good location giving...

「Perfect stay and awesome area. Breakfast was probably best I have had, and I have had a more than few in my life. It is not about the range of things, but the quality of the items and general hospitality. While the Hotel is small, I was positively surprised about the pool which was warmed and sports room, which was small but very nice considering the space it has. 」

「Nice hotel with a lovely communal area where breakfast is also served. Friendly and helpful staff. The single room I booked was very, very small. No chair, no storage space for bags, tiny washbasin... not really acceptable for the price.」

「Breakfast was excellent. Had a free upgrade with balcony overlooking the town and marina. Bit of a hill to climb from the train station but was easy. 10 min walk down to town. 」

「We loved our time in Santa Margherita and would come back. It has everything you need from beaches, bars and restaurants and shopping. The people are friendly and it is a very pretty place where you can do day trips to lots of places.」

「Wonderful location, a lovely view and a warm welcome. But! Let's be honest! The rooms are small, poor sound proofing and any hotel charging €100+ per night should provide a proper bed! Not a metal bed frame (almost a camp bed) with a thin low quality mattress! After the first night of an uncomfortable sleep Reception said they would put 'another mattress topper' on the bed. They use a duvet, which is not a 'mattress topper'. On top of this there are 2 paper cups as the only drinking vessels...

「I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.」
