スタッフは外国人であったが一生懸命対応されていて好感が持てた。コロナの時に設備に手を入れられたらしく所々綺麗になっていた。部屋はお任せだったので外も見えない部屋で残念。海外では当日の宿泊者数によってアップグレードを勧めていただけたりするのでそういう配慮があっても良いのかと思いました。

오카야마역까지 셔틀을 운행하고 있어 편하게 이동할 수 있습니다. 직원들의 서비스 응대가 최고. 본관 꼭대기층에 있는 노천탕은 꼭 이용해봐야 할 시설. 숙소 주변은 소도시 분위기를 그대로 느낄 수 있고 숙박단지 초입의 오르골과 장난감박물관은 가보면 좋을 곳입니다.

お部屋お任せでの予約したのですが、エレベーターが無い棟の４階でスーツケースの運搬に苦慮しました。 また、露天風呂のお湯が温泉と言うより沸かし湯のような感じで塩素臭がキツかった。

가성비가 아주 좋은 료칸입니다. 조식도 가격 대비 구성이 좋고 맛있습니다. 객실도 깔끔하고 이부자리도 편안했어요. 다만, 대중 온천이 물에 소독약 냄새가 나는 것 같았어요. 그래도 노천탕도 있고 만족할 만했습니다. 체크아웃할 때 별도로 입욕세(객실별 400엔)를 내라고 합니다.(사전에 결제한 숙박비에 포함된 세금과는 다른 것이라고 합니다.)

静かで色々な面で優しい竹亭(o^^o)

とても清潔で、感染対策もしっかりなされていました。 夕食をいただくことはできませんでしたが、朝食はとても美味しくて、優しい味付けでした。 気温が下がってきているせいもあって、外の露天風呂は少し湯温が低かったように感じました。 高齢者は、エレベーターで行ける部屋か、確認をされるといいと思いました。 満足できる宿でした。
朝食 サーモンと野菜がふんわりホカホカに、火が通りとても美味しかったです。 白米も炊き立てでピカピカでした♪

期待通り非常に満足

良かった点： ・露天風呂が風情があって気持ちよかった ・事前に依頼すると、一人でも鉄道の最寄り駅・高速バスのバス停まで送迎してもらえた ・セルフのウォーターサーバ、コーヒーサーバー、給茶機もあった 場合により人により注意が必要な点： ・露天風呂に行く際には多少の階段の昇降が必要 ・客室の場所によっては、食事場所まで距離がある（安いプランだったからと思われる）

今一歩頑張ってほしい。

一般的な掃除はきちんとされているようでしたが、廊下や部屋の匂いが気になりました。 廊下やエレベーターはカビ臭さを消すためでしょうか、とても安っぽい芳香剤の匂いがしています。 部屋は、ユニットバスからトイレの匂いなのか、シャワーカーテンの匂いなのか、おじさん臭が凄くしてとても辛かったです。 ドアの溝や桟にはホコリがたまって細かい部分までは掃除が行き届いていないんだなと思いました。 お安い部屋だったので、温泉付きで細かい事を抜きにすれば十分だ、レトロ感があって良いと思う方もいらっしゃるでしょう。 同価格帯のビジネスホテルと比べてしまうと、もう一歩匂いや清潔感に気を使って頂けると良いと思いました。
