"We had an amazing time here, everyone was SO friendly. The onsen was lovely and the rooms had everything we needed. 館内、室内はとても綺麗でした。
"幼い子ども２人を含む４人で利用しました。 ホテル内はとても綺麗でしたが、ボ ディーソープのポンプ部分が汚れていたのだけが少し気になりました。 あと空調が全館一括管理ということでした。 部屋の中が少し暑く温度を下げたかったのですが、暖房しか作動せず、幼い子がいたので窓は開けたくなかったのですが、窓を開けるしかなかったのが残念でした。 体感温度は個々に違うと思うので、部屋ごとに冷房暖房を切り替えれたらよかったなと感じました。"
