This location is poorly managed. I got to my one bedroom apartment and it was dirty, with thick dust over the TV, broken toilet paper holder, and broken sink panel. The overhead ventilation was covered with dirt ( I am highly allergic to dust), thick layer of dust, this is where bugs and mites thrive! Horriffic expericence with their staff, housekeeping, and someone named Brooklyn, Marizon, and Celine. No one cared about the filth, the safety issues or just regular things that should have been provided in the unit when I arrived. I had to ask for dishwasher soap and detergent pods since they were not provided. On the last night, Friday, there were people in the recreation room making a scandal, loud music like a concert, craziness, with no security, no one to help. I text the same people who should be on watch at 1107pm and I didn't get a response back until 1:31am. By that time I had aready called the Milwaukee police and a unit was sent out. I stayed in my room afraid and just prayed to get home safe. I made sure all of the doors were locked. I do not recommend this place, never again, I want a refund. I paid too much money to stay there for a week. Oh, I paid for parking for a week and someone gave my parking spot away on the second day of my stay. This was the worst place I have ever stayed!

Room was great. Location perfect for our needs. Comfortable. My only complaint was the noise. Very thin walls. People partied in the common area around 3 am. I could hear everyone all night knocking snow off their shoes. Snow shovels outside all kept me awake. Sunday night I slept great though. It was really a great place. Just bring ear plugs.

Found a bedbug in the unit. Kasa did not offer to help us find another place to stay. We had to cancel our stay and find other accommodations on our own. Slept in the car for the first night due to this. They expected us to sleep in the room before they could come check it out.

It's always nice staying in a room in a building you could see yourself living in. Very nice condo and the room was great. Amazing location in Brewery District near Pabst Brewery. Would stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay in my small apartment. It was everything that I hope it would be looked exactly like the pictures. It was a very clean. I was super excited and I could bring my dog with me. I will definitely be back each time I visit Wisconsin. This place was a beauty and very close to everything. 10 out of 10 I will recommend!

Clean unit, area seem safe. Steps away from Fiserv stadium. Option for paid secured parking. Extended our stay for a couple of hours for a fee. Parking expired and was not synched up with the extended stay, didn’t know until we checked out. Car didn’t get towed, luckily.
