The area was nice & quiet. Near a shopping mall. It felt safe up until I walked in to check in. The hallway smelled, the room smelled. It didn't smell like a hotel, but an apartment. Right when we walked into our hotel room, we were greeted with a stench of uncleanliness. I definitely recommend a deeper clean if they want to get rid of the odor. Definitely not staying here again.

The only reason I picked this hotel is because it accepted dogs. This is a very bare minimum kind of hotel. You are alotted 2 wash cloths & 2 towels with no soap, shampoo, body wash or dish soap. There is not any kitchen supplies and they only wash linens every 2 weeks. If you want to wash your clothes yourself, you can bring them down and pay $2 to wash and $2 to dry. There was a hair ball on the bathroom floor. The check in process took almost 30 min and the worker typed my email incorrectly twice, after he had it written down in front of him. I would not recommend.

Upon entering the lobby, I immediately developed a negative impression. The room assigned to us was unclean, with visible stains on the carpet and feet sticking to it. At check-in, I was informed that only one person could utilize the internet at a time. Additionally, there was no ice machine available. The room was furnished with only a bath towel and a washcloth, and lacked soap. The condition of the room did not match any of the images presented online. The stairways and hallways emitted strong odors of marijuana and vomit. Moreover, the establishment had no staff present after 10 p.m., and the exterior doors were not secured as assured. I strongly advise against staying at this location.

The rooms were disgusting. The floors were extremely dirty. It smelled like marijuana in the hallway. There is no staff onsite after 10pm. I was told the outside doors looked at 10pm and would need room key to enter building. We returned after 10pm and the doors were not locked. Do NOT stay here!

It’s in a good location but smells like crackheads the room had burnt holes in countertops the stove looked like it could blow up. I got my money back the same day. Don’t sleep here.

The room was very dirty. The lampshade was brown. The floor was visibly dirty and sticky. There was no soap in the bathroom. It smelt bad.

We arrived at 6pm and it took at least 15 at check in because there were no clean rooms. Once we got a room it only had 2 towels (no wash cloths or hand towels) It had NO SOAP, NO extra toilet paper and only 1/2 roll hanging. The halls needed to be vacuumed and smelled musty. There were a bunch of teenage boys running around outside without supervision and no one seemed to care to do anything about it. The man handling the laundry had to check us in, and he was very unsure what rooms were clean. It was NOT a good experience. For 200$ a night...Never Ever EVER again!!!! We would've left but there was a convention in town and other hotels were booked. Believe me...We went and checked!! DO NOT STAY HERE

Smoke alarm going off at night , waiting a long time for someone to come fix it, eventually we were told to fix it ourselves. Waiting at desk with many others from 3:00 pm till about 3:20 before we saw anyone who worked there. Tried calling on hall phone multiple times, no answer

The room had kitchen top edging that was falling off. In the bathroom there was no soap, Kleenex, and no TP holder and was just sitting on the counter. Had a smell of cigarette smoke still in it, although it was a non-smoking hotel. Not really good service, and no coffee or breakfast even when it said breakfast included when I booked.

Room was more comfortable than customer service

Located close to shopping mall, dining options and highway access; Front desk hours of 10 am to 10 pm was not convenient for early check-out and late check-in; Although staff was trying to be accommodating the steel, large roll-down gate at front desk was a bit daunting; Limited towels and extra toiletries not available when requested; Comfortable bed and spacious room with good water pressure in bathroom.
