Need more staff on hand when convention center has something going on. They could not keep up with laundering pool towels, or even room towels. Young lady working the desk had to do all laundering as well. Felt sorry for her. Hotel should schedule extra staff during events

Drury Inn & Suites Cincinnati Sharonville
Second time staying at a Drury and I love it. I’d choose this chain for all my travels if I can. Nice amenities, nice staff. Good breakfast, enjoyed the complimentary drinks, I didn’t eat the dinner buffet but it looked good. The pool was really nice.
