「Gorgeous place- fantastic service overall, but our only complaint was that hospitality had trouble stocking necessities like a bath mat for the bathroom floor (all slippery tile) and providing soap/ shampoo/etc; it seemed like they didn’t realize that the bottles had labels and served different needs. 「I was happy with Fairfield Inn & Suites Pittsburgh Downtown! The front desk people and the valets were all very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was a nice spread, better than I’d dared hope for a complementary breakfast. Everything provided was quality and had lots of selection. Also, the building was aesthetically pleasing, and clean. The lobby furniture was cool! Great service, great decor, nice rooms, quality free breakfast! What more could a person want?」

「Accommodations were good. Spacious room for 6 people. Amenities were also good free breakfast, no restaurant for dinner though but many to choose from on the strip. Only draw back only one car parking for reservation. Would recommend 」
