"Hotel was modern looking and we did take advantage of the hotel shuttle. My only thing to say for people is that it is not as close to airport than what it looks like on map. Plus there are no food places around so thankfully we brought food with us. Very quiet hotel and clean."

"This small hotel is a gem. 5 minutes from SFO, it’s an oasis. Rooms a a little small but the linens on the bed were great, the lotions and shampoos were delightful, and the included breakfast was surprisingly great, with linen tablecloths, napkins, espresso, and a delicious spread. The staff I encountered was friendly and helpful. Top,notch!"

"Very easy to get to hotel from airport with free shuttle bus. I was surprised how quiet the hotel was. Very comfortable and easy going."

"The lobby restaurant is very tasty and great for an early dinner on a night when you have an early flight the next morning. Shuttle runs every 20 minutes - super convenient."

"Easy check in. Theres free hotel shuttle service from airport just 1 level up, outside departure. Left side of the road. Though the bus comes every hour but it does take awhile to wait. Buses for Westin, Hyatt, Doubletree buses come more often. Do wrap up warm clothes as it gets cold waiting outside. Hotel is simple. Needs to be updated abit but its ok for a night stay. Big room with microwave. Free coffee at lobby in the morning that was nice. Bed is comfy and massive. Toilet is clean. "

"The hotel shuttle service was very helpful getting to and from the airport. However, the room although fairly clean leaves a lot to be desired. The spreads on both beds were covered with snags and should be discarded. The mini fridge was not leveled and fell out of its place every time it was opened. Breakfast was very good with several options. At check in, it would have been helpful for the staff to provide information on area businesses and the BART. I may stay again if the items noted are corrected as they are easy fixes that housekeeping management should have been aware of. "
