「The mattress in our room was very uncomfortable. Everything else was great! Staff was very friendly and welcoming! Room was clean.」

「Fantastic breakfast with hot and cold food, friendly and helpful staff, clean room. Near lots of restaurants, grocery, and Target in case you are interested in that. We had to call the desk to get housekeeping once it was too late. However, our housekeeper was so helpful and nice during our 9 day stay. It was comfortable, clean, and had helpful and friendly staff. Everything was great, especially the breakfast buffet.」

「They were in the process of a remodel. Not sure if our room on the first floor was completed or not. Some things looked new (bedding, carpet) but others were obviously very old. Caulk and paint around door frames was horrible. Paint drops on tile floor and paint spray on door handle. Workmanship very poor. Loose tile in the corner behind the door. Fan in bathroom was taped on the wall above the towel rack. After showering and using the fan, there was dust all over the white towels on the...

「We booked our room for one night and then decided to stay longer. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean towels, bath mat etc . everyday. Plenty of ice when we needed it. Will stay again when we head back to Kentucky. 」

「We had live roaches in our room. We took the bug to the front desk attendant and he offered another room. We declined and asked for a refund. The attendant declined because we used a third party app. We would like a refund.」
