10/10 Excellent
"We stayed in a family suite for two nights over Labor Day weekend to visit a family member. On the first morning, I snuck downstairs with our infant so she wouldn't wake everyone else in the room. I enjoyed a cup of coffee (shout out to the fantastic Costa machines, they're worth their weight in gold) while we babbled and played at a table. The staff let us know that breakfast was open (earlier than expected) and to help ourselves. For the hour or so we sat at the table, the staff was constantly busy cleaning and stocking. Side note to the staff; everything looks clean, by the way. Eventually, when the little one got tired and fell asleep being snuggled at the table, I stood to take her upstairs. One of the staff (Tina, perhaps?) saw me and quietly helped me get to the elevator, held the door, pushed the needed buttons and sent me on my way. If you've ever been a mom carrying a sleeping baby with a semi-warm cup of coffee in your hand you know we really could use more hands! My older kiddos enjoyed the breakfast selections very much - somehow we lucked into finding a hotel with my sons favorite cereal (fruit loops). As for the room, it was comfortable and large enough for the five of us (two adults and three kiddos - one in a pack and play) to easily fit. I appreciated all the 'extra' seating spaces in the room so the kids didn't have to land only in a bed during the day. The sink in the bathroom was massive with PLENTY of space. Overall, highly recommend."

"FREE Breakfast was great. Front desk 1st shift day clerk (blonde hair with tattoos on her left arm) was so accommodating, kind and friendly. We had a major conflict and she and manager helped us a lot to accommodate our needs. We really appreciated it! Thank you!"
