「We had a wonderful stay with our our 2-year old! Communication was great throughout and we were even able to check in a little bit early. The location is perfect and it feels very safe. They provided a travel cot, a high chair as well as a baby bath, which was lovely. The rooms are spacious and the kitchenette has everything you need (though I wish the microwave door opened the other way as it's a bit awkward to get into). 「Very accommodating/friendly staff and great location. Hotel is conveniently located near many of the best restaurants Ponta Delgada has to offer, and a block away from the ocean. Parking is not included, so you have to find street parking. There’s a good parking lot for the Mercado da Graça within a block of the hotel, which often had spots. I recommended this hotel! 」
