"The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurant, shops and all of the sights. Rooms are clean and a good size, with relatively comfortable beds. We were only in Zurich for one evening before flying home and this was a great hotel selection. You’re close to the train station (700 m), although we took a 15 minute UBER to the airport. "

"Unprofessional staff when checking in. The hotel is made up of more than one building and I was in a building with no lift. I am not sure how this works for people with a lot of luggage. "
