「I used prepaid service, but when checking in, staff asked me to pay by credit card or what. I said I have already paid, the staff said that’s just booked, not prepaid. Later I requested confirmation by calling, and finally he said I am right. I am not saying he was cheating to charge at higher price, but such practices are poor and brought uncomfortable experience for customers. I doubt their professionalism and integrity. 「Walking distance to the venues of the Milan Design Week. Conveniently located. The managing staff was very friendly to greet us and helped with the luggages. We liked the breakfast. The property was a bit dated but the it has a pantry and breakfast table which gives more space. It was nice that all the drinks in the refrigerator were complimentary. 」
