「Extremely comfortable and well kept hotel. Front desk staff was extremely nice and accommodating. It was a quick in and out trip so I did not experience much else. Only complaint. Front door man never opened the front door…was always on his phone. But in the big scheme of things, no biggie.」

「I received the call from Fiorello Maria after check-out. The call should be short but apparently she could not got what I say fast and made the call long and ineffective （-5 star!!）. The other staffs are nice and helpful.」

「Welcome drink, complimentary cookies - sweet! Loved the deco. The cleansing products were a well-known brand from London. Breakfast was amazing, small cosy room, not many selections of food but everything was natural and fresh, gorgeous culinary & layout, very friendly staff, loved it! Located in a posh neighborhood, 2 mins walk to a park and several restaurants.」

very cozy place to stay

"This is a highly-recommended hotel. The location is quite convenient. Everything is great, feeling like a home. One thing that they can improve is the offering of the breakfast. It is quite hard to get breakfast outside the hotel in the morning. So, if there is breakfast offered, even a simple continental breakfast, that would be great and the convenient for business travelers."
