「We loved the historic feel of the room, the amenities were fantastic and the room was quiet even being on the ground floor facing the street. We LOVED the shower, I’m sure the Queen Lane Reservoir dropped an inch or two after we used it😆 Overall it exceeded our expectations❤️」

「Our group of three booked a two beds room at the hotel, but the hotel gave us a room with a king bed. At check-in, the front desk staff did not inform us of the error, so we had to go back downstairs with our luggage to find out why. The front desk staff told us that there were no twin rooms available (we had already paid in full when we made the reservation and don't understand why a room wasn't reserved).
