「柜台服务很热情，烧水壶坏了和他们一说，马上就叫人来看，换了一个。需要瓶装水和几张白纸，也立即满足。早餐也吃得很好。 从这里去机场，出门向右，然后右转就是41st公交车始发站，坐到Kagithane Park，就可以坐地铁M11到机场，全程一个半小时。 出门向右，然后右转就是伊斯坦布尔古城墙，多走点路还可以去看渡槽，彩色房屋，彩色台阶等景点。」

「The decoration of this hotel is so beautiful, especially the lobby and the room. And it is located at Fatih where you could avoid the traffic jam, compared with the hotel in blue mosque area. It is an advantage if You need to catch flight. More importantly, the service here is perfect, the staffs are well-trained and helpful. They helped to call taxi for us and when we lost the wallet, the staff, Hazel, whatsapp me about the incident immediately which lesson our worries a lot! She gave it back...
