「The staff was great, breakfast was great and property was great and area was great with walkable shopping and restaurants.」

「Our room was nice and clean, but the hallway carpet is old and outdated. The vending machines were out of order. The pool wasn't working, and the ceiling in the breakfast area was leaking water because of condensation and poor ventilation. The entire hotel needs a makeover!」

「The bed was uncomfortable and the chair was hard and coming apart. My husband asked if it was possible to get extra towels and the woman he was speaking to said unfortunately no. Another staff member came up and slammed a little plaque on the counter and said read it and weep. It stated that linens, dishes and a coffee maker are all available for purchase. There isn’t a coffee maker in the room but one is in the lobby. Signs are in the hallways posting quiet hours but there were still children...

「Well the only problem was the showers. We only stayed one night traveling through. I just wanted a bed and shower. The bed was great the shower was cold. I stop to let them know on the way out the shower was cold. He said oh yeah the whole second floor has trouble with the shower settings lol. He said you have to barely turn the handl on to get the hot water. If you go by the past the blue to the red it's cold. I tried multiple locations on the valve just not barely on. I would have gladly...

「Staff was great. Property needs some love ..a lot of rusted stuff around. There was a light smell of piss in the area where you first walk in. If they just invested some money and remodeled this would be an excellent Marriott property. Definitely bottom tier property for me but so grateful to be able to stay here last minute after I was booted out of my residence inn confirmed property two days before I arrived.」
