"This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything. For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved. On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare. 1* hotel!!!!"

After a disappointing stay at our first hotel, where we encountered rudeness and even racism, we were in desperate need of a warm and welcoming environment. From the moment we arrived at Hotel Bleu Nuit, we were greeted with open arms and kindness that made us feel right at home. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Housekeeping, waitstaff, and management all displayed exceptional service, making us feel comfortable and safe throughout our entire visit. Their genuine hospitality transformed our honeymoon into a cherished memory! The food was outstanding. Each meal was a delightful experience that showcased the wonderful flavors of the region. Even though we visited at the start of the season, the hotel was fully prepared, providing us with a vibrant atmosphere that made every moment enjoyable.
