「The best thing about the property is that it is right next to the beach. Their restaurant is right on the beach.
The things they probably can do better is checking rooms before guests arrive. I didn’t have hot water the first night. I was there 3 nights and was given one bottle of water.
The restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful, but probably need a bit more training to deal with an international clientele.
But on the whole I had a great stay, thanks to the location of the property and...Sartaj

「We stayed at the property for three days. The food stood out as my favorite thing about the hotel. The pool is quite large. Although the beach felt somewhat disappointing, it matched the images.」UMIT

「This hotel is awful. Ad images are totally misleading. Main elevator broken. Food? Well we decided to eat out despite being all inclusive! Transport to beach was once a day - not twice as advertised . Rooms look like they’ve been converted from suites or apartments to “family rooms”. Not the twin room we’d booked. Info provided on arrival was v basic and sent by WhatsApp. Evac instructions were not displayed - they were hidden away in a drawer! Oh and the mini bar (empty) was sitting just inside...Susan
